International Rectifier Introduces the New Short Form Catalog
EL SEGUNDO, CA. May 1998 - International Rectifier, IR®, (NYSE: IRF) announces the availability of its new Short Form Catalog (SFC) 2001.
The SFC outlines specifications for all current IR product offerings. The SFC also includes mechanical drawings for all package types. The information is arranged by power conversion function:
- Input Products: Diode bridges, standard recovery diodes, power modules and phase control SCR thyristors.
- Control and Distribution: Gate drivers, ballast control ICs, intelligent power switches, microelectronic relays, power supply controllers, and power management ICs.
- Switch: HEXFET® power MOSFETs, FETKY® devices, IGBTs and SCR inverter thyristors.
- Output: Schottky diodes, HEXFRED® diodes, fast and ultra-fast recovery diodes.
In addition, International Rectifier High-Reliability (hi-rel) and Electronic Motion Systems devices are also described.
The revised data book contains more than 350 pages, and is a valuable reference source for power supply and power management system engineers.
