International Rectifier Expands Low-Cost MBR Series with New 45V Schottky Diodes
EL SEGUNDO, CA. May 1999 - International Rectifier (IR®) has expanded their MBR Series of Schottky diodes, now offering new 45V devices
rated at 30A and 40A in TO-220 and TO-247 packages. These new devices allow engineers to make a trade in efficiency for much
lower component cost, which enables them to build more cost-effective power supplies.

All of the devices are center tapped for common cathode configuration.
All new MBR products have a lead-time of four weeks or less. Samples
of these new Schottky diodes are available today through International Rectifier's normal sales channels. Data sheets are available
