New Small outline Power MOSFET complements International Rectifier's line of surface mount devices
EL SEGUNDO, CA. November 1998 - International Rectifier is now supplying part number Si4410DY an N-channel MOSFET housed in the very popular
SO-8 package. With an RDS(on) of 13.5m at VGS = 10VGS and a BVDSS of 30V, IR's Si4410DY is a drop-in replacement for the
competing Siliconix part. The small outline of the popular SO-8 package makes these power MOSFETs perfect for portable
applications, including notebook computers, DC-DC converters and smart batteries.
