INTERNATIONAL RECTIFIER - THE POWER MANAGEMENT LEADER

International Rectifier's 30-V Schottky D-Pak Family Offers Highest Efficiency Rectifier Solutions for Sub-25-W Power Supplies

"These 30-V Schottky diodes offer high power dissipation in a small D-Pak package with the lowest forward voltage drop on the market," says Andy Sumpter, marketing manager for output products at International Rectifier.

EL SEGUNDO, CA. October 1998 - International Rectifier (IR) now offers a range of 30-V Schottky diodes in D-Paks designed for use in small DC-to-DC converters, with power ratings from 5 to 50 Watts. Optimized for use with 3.3-V outputs, these devices offer the lowest forward voltage drop available in the industry -- just 300 mV -- for unparalleled performance and maximum efficiency.
