This new databook contains detailed technical specifications and application information for a range of products required in high reliability power conversion systems such as power supplies. Examples include control ICs, HEXFET® power MOSFETs, IGBTs and Schottky and fast recovery diodes, several in radiation-hardened versions in special hermetically-sealed packages. All of these devices are offered to various MIL-Spec testing regimens and are available under JANS, JANTX or JANTXV qualifications.
