International Rectifier Completes Acquisition of TechnoFusion Power Generation Systems
EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--May 29, 2002--International Rectifier Corporation (NYSE:IRF) announced today that it completed its previously announced acquisition of the operations and assets of TechnoFusion, a leading maker of power generation systems for automotive electronics, from Royal Philips Electronics (NYSE:PHG) (AEX:PHI).
