1 to X phase operation with matching Phase IC
0.5% overall system set point accuracy
Programmable 250kHz to 9MHz Daisy-chain digital phase timing clock oscillator frequency provides a per phase switching frequency of 250kHz to 1.5MHz without external components
Programmable Dynamic VID Slew Rate
Programmable VID Offset or No Offset
Programmable Load Line Output Impedance
Central over voltage detection with programmable threshold and communication to phase ICs
Over voltage signal output to system with over-voltage detection during power up and normal operation
Programmable VRHOT function monitors temperature of power stage through a NTC thermistor
Remote sense amplifier with true converter voltage sensing and less than 50uA bias current
Small thermally enhanced 32L 5mm x 5mm MLPQ package

Offers unprecedented flexibility and scalability to support one-to-X phase operation.
Incorporates unique body braking to achieve dramatic improvements in transient response time while improving efficiency.
Implements novel control and average output inductor current sensing to accomplish very accurate current sharing with support for 100% duty cycle and over-lapping phases. In addition, it supports single cycle transient response.
Best load line performance. Exceeds Intel’s VR11.X load line tolerance specifications.
Higher integration enables a compact solution by reducing part count.

7V/2A gate drivers (4A GATEL sink current)
Support converter output voltage up to 5.1 V (Limited to VCCL-1.4V)
Support loss-less inductor current sensing
Feed-forward voltage mode control
Integrated boot-strap synchronous PFET
Only four IC related external components per phase
3 wire digital bus for accurate daisy-chain phase timing control without external components
Debugging function isolates phase IC from the converter
Self-calibration of PWM ramp, current sense amplifier, and current share amplifier
Single-wire bidirectional average current sharing
Small thermally enhanced 16L 3 x 3mm MLPQ package
