The IRLBD59N04E TempSENSE™ MOSFET easily integrates into existing ABS, fuel injection, and
fractional HP motor controls. In many vehicle systems the temperature feedback provided by a
TempSENSE MOSFET allows early warning and protection from abnormal thermal or load
conditions. Some systems can benefit by continued operation in a reduced mode of performance based
on the die temperature.
