DISTRIBUTION ACCOUNT MANAGER
Location: Taiwan – Taipei
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet or exceed the company assigned revenue and demand creation targets.
- Manage sales forecast and visibility down to part number level to meet assigned targets.
- Develop territorial distribution plans to drive revenue and be consistent with the company’s global distribution strategy.
- Distribution management, develop and manage the assigned distributor(s) in Taiwan, and act as the champion for the Asia-Pac region as necessary.
- Territorial channel management, develop and manage the assigned distribution business with a territorial focus.
- Work as a key contributor in the Taiwan distribution team, both regionally and globally, to achieve assigned tasks and objectives.
- Handle customers’ problems and complaints effectively.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- University degree holder or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in distribution channel management of electronic components. Sales experience with power management products in a multinational company would be a plus.
- Proven track record in gaining trust and respect from the distributors and customers in the electronics industry.
- Self-motivator with strong drive to achieve business objectives.
- Integrity is utmost critical.
- Matured, hardworking, and the ability to handle time critical situations with the needed sense of urgency.
- Willing to learn with ability to learn fast, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong team player and willing to take on new responsibilities.
- Good spoken and written English.
