IR sales growth of differentiated or proprietary products has come from an intense focus on developing new technology and driving new designs with target customers in target sectors. We continue to achieve new milestones for design wins, the vast majority of these using our differentiated or proprietary products.
Our continued growth as a company requires focus, teamwork, and an alignment of goals and objectives. In order to promote this tight alignment in our product development, marketing, and sales activities, we have recently regrouped into five major sectors: Consumer and Industrial, Computer and Communications, Automotive, HiRel and High Power.
Our goal is to partner with the key technology leaders in each of these target sectors. Partnering with these leaders means developing a comprehensive understanding of their power management requirements and delivering unique technology and service capabilities to meet their needs. We can only do this if we have a technical Sales team that is more knowledgeable than our customers to solve their power management problems. And it is essential that we deliver these solutions consistently ahead of the customer roadmap and ahead of the competition.
Global Account Managers and dedicated sector Field Application Engineers provide support to our strategic customers. Our Regional Sales and FAE organizations are positioned in each key geographic area to support the customers that purchase products through each of our sales channels in their region. Our New Business Development group supports our eCommerce and die sales initiatives around the world. We have recently deployed a Sales, FAE, and Service infrastructure to support small and mid-size customers.
