The program consists of a series of 'rotation' assignments over a two-year period to prepare you for a long-term successful career at IR. While these rotation assignments are structured, they remain flexible enough in order to adapt to the changing business needs of the company. Each project varies in length and has an impact on revenue generation, customer satisfaction, or cost savings. The projects are usually generated from the company's fiscal priorities in support of our corporate strategy. Rotation projects are not exercises in solving theoretical or hypothetical problems, but rather they are projects that deal with critical issues that our company is facing.
