INTERNATIONAL RECTIFIER - THE POWER MANAGEMENT LEADER

Worldwide Rotation Program - Overview

Do you enjoy learning new things? Would you like to rapidly contribute to an organization and begin your career on a firm foundation? Designed for the adventurous top graduates, our Worldwide Rotation Program gives you broad exposure to the company, our technology and markets - the key ingredients for your learning and success.

The program consists of a series of 'rotation' assignments over a two-year period to prepare you for a long-term successful career at IR. While these rotation assignments are structured, they remain flexible enough in order to adapt to the changing business needs of the company. Each project varies in length and has an impact on revenue generation, customer satisfaction, or cost savings. The projects are usually generated from the company's fiscal priorities in support of our corporate strategy. Rotation projects are not exercises in solving theoretical or hypothetical problems, but rather they are projects that deal with critical issues that our company is facing. This is an opportunity to play a key role in applying your knowledge and talent to real-world situations by driving projects and finding creative solutions.

The program is designed to maximize your learning and life experiences here at IR. You have the opportunity to network with a diverse group of very talented individuals and build fundamental relationships, while learning the different roles of product divisions and how they operate. Upon completion of the program and before committing to any particular team or division, you will attain an overview of what opportunities exist within the company as well as where your talents lie, giving you substantial influence on your career development.
