In 1982, Alex Lidow developed the Worldwide Rotation Program as a way to attract recent college grads into the organization. Since the programs inception, over 200 talented people have "rotated." Today, over 50% of those people are still at IR around the globe. That's right, over 50% still at IR! That is an impressive number and a tribute to our management principles, core values and leadership team.
