The International Rectifier Rhode Island Integrated Circuit Design Center is located at Quonset Point in North Kingstown, RI. The design center focuses on the development and prototyping of advanced power management semiconductors and systems to provide benchmark efficiency and power density in next generation desktop PC's, servers, motherboards and microprocessor based equipment. The facility is equipped with the latest computer-assisted design, layout and evaluation tools, as well as environmental and wafer-level testing equipment.
