Incentives and awards range from individual and team recognition at the corporate level, quarterly incentive bonus opportunities, and service award banquets to spontaneous small cash awards presented by employee to employee at the work group level.

We promote problem solving, innovation and progress (Improvement in quality, processes, health/environmental issues) as believe those are critical to our culture and business.

TECPLAN Achievement Award
Any employee can nominate an individual or a group of individuals (e.g., team) for a TECPLAN Achievement Award to celebrate the excellence in one or more of our management principles.

Founders Award
Awards are presented annually from the list of TECPLAN Achievement Award recipients

Conference Papers and Technical Articles
IR rewards those employees who contribute to increase awareness and strengthen the position of the Company as technology leader through papers and articles for qualified technical conferences and trade publications.

Patent Awards
International Rectifier encourages the research and development of new technology. To this end, the Company has established a Patent Awards process, whereby those employees who develop new technology are recognized for their innovations and contributions.

Spot Awards
From a simple verbal praise to a Thank you card, from a coupon for a free lunch at a restaurant to movie tickets, gift certificates, plaques and IR Logo merchandise we do believe that Recognition is a day-to-day activity.
