The Company offers comprehensive medical, dental insurance and vision service plans to regular full-time employee.
Each plan has different deductibles, levels of reimbursement and premium costs. In most cases, premium costs for employees and their dependents are shared between the Company and the employees electing coverage. Employee contributions are deducted from bi-weekly paychecks.
Insurance plans are available to all employees who work more than 20 hours per week. IRís current plans for medical coverage include a PPO and two HMOs.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) confidentially address difficulties related to family and relationships, substance abuse, legal and financial concerns, and stress and emotional problems while helping to develop an action plan When that plan involves referral to an outside resource, the EAP identifies the most appropriate resource.
