We
place a strong emphasis on the importance of our employees' personal life. We know
the value of family health and security and each year we review and strive to improve
overall benefits package to be responsive to changing needs.
At IR, we offer a competitive benefits package to meet family and healthcare needs.
The total compensation package is comprised of more than just your base pay: it is a mix of healthcare, time away from work and professional development.
Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits
The Company offers comprehensive medical, dental insurance and vision service plans to each regular full-time employee.
Each plan has different deductibles, levels of reimbursement and premium costs. In most cases, premium costs for employees and their dependents are shared between the Company and the employees electing coverage. Employee contributions are deducted from biweekly paychecks.
Insurance plans are available to the employee, based on location. For example, if
an employee lives in Southern California, IR's current plans for medical coverage are with Blue Cross Plus (POS), California Care (HMO), and Kaiser Permanente (HMO).
Insurance Packages
IR offers a complete package of solutions for insuring employees' and covered dependents' life; a business travel accident insurance; short and long term disability plans are available to our full term employees as well as a long term care insurance plan to help protect
the insured against the high cost of long-term care.
Employee Assistance Program
Everyone experiences life problems. Usually, we can find our own solutions. But when we can't, those problems can affect our daily lives, including our work.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) extends a helping hand to employees and
their families with confidential services, professional consultation, support, advice, referral and follow-up, provided by professional consultants. Your EAP
helps address difficulties related to family and relationships, substance abuse, legal and financial concerns, and stress and emotional problems, while helping to develop an action plan that offers real solutions to
real problems. When that plan involves referral to an outside resource, the EAP identifies the most appropriate resource.
